Heute ging Zedtwitz den n\u00e4chsten gro\u00dfen Schritt: Als eines von nur zwei D\u00f6rfern in ganz Deutschland hat sich der Ort f\u00fcr den europ\u00e4ischen Wettbewerb qualifiziert. Die Entente Florale Europe \u2013 \u00fcbersetzt etwa \u201eBl\u00fchendes Europa\u201c \u2013 ist ein europaweiter Wettbewerb, der B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger in St\u00e4dten, Gemeinden und D\u00f6rfern dazu motivieren will, ihre Lebens- und Wohnqualit\u00e4t aktiv zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Urspr\u00fcnglich als klassischer Blumen- und Pflanzwettbewerb gestartet, bewertet der Wettbewerb heute weit mehr als nur das \u00e4u\u00dfere Erscheinungsbild: Der umfassende Kriterienkatalog legt inzwischen gro\u00dfen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, B\u00fcrgerengagement, Umweltbewusstsein und die ganzheitliche Entwicklung des Ortes.<\/p>\n

Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen hat heute eine internationale Kommission das Dorf besucht, um sich ein Bild vor Ort zu machen und um Zedtwitz zu bewerten.<\/p>\n

Landrat Dr. Oliver B\u00e4r betonte heute: \u201eEs ist wundersch\u00f6n, dass eine Kommision sich die Frage stellt, ob Zedwitz auch ein Golddorf in Europa sein kann. Es ist damit ein gro\u00dfartiges Beispiel, wie man einen Ort weiterentwickeln kann. Mit Zusammenarbeit, Leidenschaft und Engagement.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
