In einer Notfallsituation z\u00e4hlt jede Sekunde. Ein schneller und verl\u00e4sslicher Zugriff auf wichtige pers\u00f6nliche sowie medizinische Informationen kann in solchen Momenten lebensentscheidend sein. Aus diesem Grund bringt die Gesundheitsregion plus Hofer Land nun eine Neuauflage ihrer kostenlosen Notfallmappe f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger des Hofer Landes heraus, die sie bereits vor einigen Jahren erstmals entwickelt hatte. Aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Nachfrage sowie der gewonnenen Erfahrungen wurde die Notfallmappe aktualisiert und erg\u00e4nzt und liegt aktuell in der dritten Auflage vor.<\/p>\n

Geb\u00fcndelte Informationen f\u00fcr Helfer und Angeh\u00f6rige
\n<\/strong>Die Notfallmappe ist klar gegliedert und umfasst mehrere thematische Bereiche. Sie enth\u00e4lt unter anderem wichtige Adressen und Telefonnummern von Angeh\u00f6rigen sowie behandelnden \u00c4rztinnen und \u00c4rzten und Angaben zu Gesundheits- und Vorsorgedaten, etwa zu Medikamenten, Allergien und Erkrankungen.<\/p>\n

Eine zentrale Neuerung dieser Auflage ist die Aufnahme von Vorlagen f\u00fcr eine Vorsorgevollmacht, eine Betreuungsverf\u00fcgung sowie eine Patientenverf\u00fcgung. Damit unterst\u00fctzt die Notfallmappe die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger nicht nur in akuten Notfallsituationen, sondern auch bei der fr\u00fchzeitigen und selbstbestimmten Vorsorge f\u00fcr den Ernstfall.<\/p>\n

So bietet die Notfallmappe eine strukturierte M\u00f6glichkeit, alle relevanten Informationen \u2013 von pers\u00f6nlichen Notfallkontakten \u00fcber medizinische Angaben bis hin zu wichtigen Vorsorgedokumenten \u2013 \u00fcbersichtlich an einem zentralen Ort zu b\u00fcndeln. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Angeh\u00f6rige, medizinisches Fachpersonal und Rettungskr\u00e4fte im Ernstfall rasch und gezielt handeln.<\/p>\n

Entwickelt wurde die Notfallmappe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Integrierten Leitstelle HochFranken, dem Kreisbrandrat des Landkreises Hof, dem Technischen Hilfswerk, den Kliniken Hochfranken sowie der Leitstelle Pflege Hofer Land. \u201eF\u00fcr die engagierte Mitwirkung und wertvolle Unterst\u00fctzung aller Beteiligten bedanken wir uns herzlich\u201c, so Simon Basedow, Gesch\u00e4ftsstellenleiter der Gesundheitsregion plus Hofer Land.<\/p>\n

Bei der Vorstellung der Notfallmappe zeigten sich auch Landrat Dr. Oliver B\u00e4r und Oberb\u00fcrgermeisterin Eva D\u00f6hla beeindruckt von den umfassenden, hilfreichen Informationen, die in der Mappe an einem Ort zusammengefasst werden: \u201eDiese Notfallmappe sollten f\u00fcr den Ernstfall wirklich alle B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger griffbereit zuhause haben.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Aufkleber weist im Haushalt auf Notfallmappe hin
\n<\/strong>Erg\u00e4nzend zur Notfallmappe wurde ein spezieller Aufkleber entwickelt, mit dem der Aufbewahrungsort der Notfallmappe im Haushalt eindeutig ausgewiesen bzw. gekennzeichnet werden kann. Auf dem Aufkleber l\u00e4sst sich der jeweilige Ablageort handschriftlich vermerken.
\nDer Aufkleber kann, sofern bereits vorhanden, auf eine Notfalldose im K\u00fchlschrank angebracht werden oder alternativ an einem gut sichtbaren Ort im Haus- oder Wohnungseingang, etwa an der T\u00fcr oder am Spiegel. Auf diese Weise ist der Aufbewahrungsort der Notfallmappe f\u00fcr Rettungskr\u00e4fte und Angeh\u00f6rige im Ernstfall schnell und eindeutig erkennbar. Die Aufkleber werden in K\u00fcrze ebenfalls an den genannten Auslagestellen erh\u00e4ltlich sein.<\/p>\n

Die Notfallmappe steht den B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung und liegt an folgenden Stellen aus:

\n\u2022 bei der Leitstelle Pflege Hofer Land
\n\u2022 im Sana Klinikum Hof
\n\u2022 in den Kliniken Hochfranken an den Standorten M\u00fcnchberg und Naila
\n\u2022 in der Bezirksklinik Rehau
\n\u2022 bei der Volkshochschule Hofer Land
\n\u2022 im Gesundheitsamt Hof
\n\u2022 in den Apotheken im Hofer Land<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich steht die Notfallmappe als digitale Version auf der Website der Gesundheitsregion plus Hofer Land unter www.gesundheitsregion.plus<\/a> zur Verf\u00fcgung und kann dort heruntergeladen und ausgedruckt werden.<\/p>\n
