Antworten auf diese Fragen bietet eine kostenfreie Pr\u00e4ventionsveranstaltung<\/strong><\/p>\n

in der VHS Hofer Land<\/strong>, Ludwigstr. 7 in Hof.<\/p>\n

Die Veranstaltung wird von der Leitstelle Pflege Hofer Land in Kooperation mit der Lokalen Allianz f\u00fcr Menschen mit Demenz im Hofer Land sowie zahlreichen regionalen Partnern organisiert. Sie richtet sich ausdr\u00fccklich an alle Interessierten \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig vom Alter.<\/p>\n

Drei Fachvortr\u00e4ge<\/strong> werden von Experten der Region in der Glashalle der VHS angeboten.<\/p>\n

            Durchg\u00e4ngig bietet das Bayerische Rote Kreuz Hof einen Workshop zur Ersten Hilfe im Saal an \u2013 mit praktischen Informationen zu Notruf, Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung, stabiler Seitenlage und Herz-Druck-Massage.<\/p>\n

            Zudem pr\u00e4sentieren sich zahlreiche Akteure aus Stadt und Landkreis Hof an Informationsst\u00e4nden. Beteiligt sind unter anderem Beratungsstellen, Sport- und Gesundheitsanbieter mit Themen wie Resilienz, Achtsamkeit, Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr pflegende Angeh\u00f6rige, Seniorensport, Notfallvorsorge und geistige Fitness. Venenmessungen sind m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

            Die Veranstaltung f\u00f6rdert den direkten Austausch zwischen Fachkr\u00e4ften und der Bev\u00f6lkerung. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich.
