Mai 2026, von 16:00 bis 17:00 Uhr eine kostenfreie Online-Informationsveranstaltung. Interessierte B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger erhalten einen kompakten \u00dcberblick \u00fcber wichtige Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote f\u00fcr Menschen mit Unterst\u00fctzungs- und Pflegebedarf und ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt stehen folgende Themen:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Entlastungsbetrag: Welche Leistungen k\u00f6nnen in Anspruch genommen werden? Wer ist anspruchsberechtigt und wie erfolgt die Abrechnung?<br \/>\n\u2022 Angebote zur Unterst\u00fctzung im Alltag: Welche Hilfen stehen zur Verf\u00fcgung und wie k\u00f6nnen sie den Pflegealltag erleichtern?<br \/>\n\u2022 Ehrenamtlich t\u00e4tige Einzelperson: Wie funktioniert dieses Modell, welche Voraussetzungen gelten und welche Vorteile bietet es?<br \/>\n\u2022 Wohnberatung: Informationen zur Anpassung des Wohnumfelds, um m\u00f6glichst lange selbstbestimmt zu Hause leben zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an pflegebed\u00fcrftige Menschen, Angeh\u00f6rige, ehrenamtlich Engagierte sowie alle Interessierten. Ziel ist es, Orientierung zu geben, Fragen zu kl\u00e4ren und aufzuzeigen, welche konkreten Entlastungsm\u00f6glichkeiten im Pflegealltag bestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die kostenfreie Veranstaltung findet online \u00fcber Microsoft Teams statt. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Teilnahme ist ein internetf\u00e4higes Endger\u00e4t, z.B.
