Die aktuelle Ausgabe der kostenlosen Notfallmappe der Gesundheitsregion Plus Hofer Land f\u00fcr Stadt und Landkreis Hof, die Anfang des Jahres aufgelegt wurde, ist auf eine sehr gro\u00dfe Nachfrage getroffen, so dass nun nachgedruckt wurde. Der Nachdruck wurde dank Spendenmitteln von Hospitalstiftung Hof und Landkreis Hof erm\u00f6glicht. Aktuell werden die nachgedruckten Notfallmappen auf die Auslageorte verteilt und liegen dort in K\u00fcrze kostenlos zum Abholen bereit. Die bereits bekannten Auslageorte bleiben unver\u00e4ndert, zus\u00e4tzlich wird die Notfallmappe k\u00fcnftig auch in der Tourist-Information der Stadt Hof erh\u00e4ltlich sein.<\/p>\n

Die Notfallmappe steht den B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung und liegt an folgenden Stellen aus:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 im Landratsamt Hof, Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle der Gesundheitsregion plus Hofer Land
\n\u2022 in den Rath\u00e4usern der 27 Gemeinden des Landkreises Hof
\n\u2022 im Rathaus sowie im B\u00fcrgerzentrum der Stadt Hof
\n\u2022 bei der Leitstelle Pflege Hofer Land
\n\u2022 im Sana Klinikum Hof
\n\u2022 in den Kliniken Hochfranken an den Standorten M\u00fcnchberg und Naila
\n\u2022 in der Bezirksklinik Rehau
\n\u2022 bei der Volkshochschule Hofer Land
\n\u2022 im Gesundheitsamt Hof
\n\u2022 in den Apotheken im Hofer Land
\n\u2022 in der Tourist-Information der Stadt Hof<\/p>\n
